The name MeiMovement is inspired by the term Meipayattu, which denotes traditional body conditioning exercises, where “Mei” means “Body” and “Movement” signifies physical movement. Through this holistic approach, we aim to create greater awareness of your body’s movements and its deep connection to your mind. At MeiMovement, we focus on not just physical movement, but on cultivating a deep awareness of how your body and mind work in harmony.
